ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to use the Attorneys on Retainer (“AOR”) Affiliate Program or the Attorneys For Freedom Law Firm (“Company”) for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the AOR Affiliate Program in any way that could damage our websites, products, services, or the general business of the Company.

You further agree not to use the AOR Affiliate Program:

  1. To harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violate any person’s legal rights;
  2. To violate any intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party;
  3. To upload or otherwise disseminate any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another;
  4. To perpetrate any fraud;
  5. To engage in or create any unlawful gambling, sweepstakes, or pyramid scheme;
  6. To publish or distribute any obscene or defamatory material;
  7. To publish or distribute any content that incites violence, hate, or discrimination towards any group;
  8. To unlawfully gather information about others;
  9. To make untrue or exaggerated claims about the AOR Program;
  10. To use unauthorized marketing materials without prior written consent;
  11. To participate in the unauthorized practice of law as defined by the Arizona Supreme Court Rule. Rule 31(a)(2)(B) states:

Unauthorized practice of law includes but is not limited to:

Engaging in the practice of law by persons or entities not authorized to practice pursuant to paragraphs (b) or (c) or specifically admitted to practice pursuant to Rule 38(a);

Using the designations, lawyer, attorney at law, counselor at law, law, law office, J.D., Esq., or other equivalent words by any person or entity not authorized to practice law in this state pursuant to paragraphs (b) or (c) or specifically admitted to practice pursuant to Rule 38(a), the use of which is reasonably likely to induce others to believe that the person or entity is authorized to engage in the practice of law in this state.
